LuckPillar is a digital service. The moment you spend Lumens or open a reading, real work happens on our end. So our policy is simple: what you haven't used, you can get back; what you've already received, you can't. The details below explain exactly what that means for each purchase.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed by Stripe. To request a refund, sign in and go to Account → Help & feedback → Request a refund, or email [email protected]. A real person reviews every request within 24–48 hours.

1Lumens top-ups

Lumens are our in-app credits that power readings, cards, and conversations. Because they can be spent the instant they land in your account:

2Plus — Monthly

You can cancel anytime from your account, and you'll keep Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for. A month that has already started is non-refundable. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal.

3Plus — Yearly

Because a year is a bigger commitment, yearly Plus comes with a cooling-off window:

This same window applies to an automatic yearly renewal: if a renewal charge catches you off guard, contact us within 14 days and, as long as the new year is largely unused, we'll refund it.

47-Day Pass

The 7-Day Pass is a one-time pass that unlocks Plus the moment you buy it. Because access begins immediately and the pass is short by design, it is non-refundable once purchased.

5If something went wrong

Policies aside, we want you treated fairly. If you were charged twice, hit a technical problem that stopped you getting what you paid for, or made an obvious honest mistake, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are repeated or abusive, or that appear intended to exploit this policy.

6How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the money to appear. Where a refund involves in-app credits, the corresponding Lumens are removed from your balance.

7Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, note that by choosing immediate access at checkout you ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge that this may end that right once the service has been supplied. This policy is offered in addition to, and does not override, your legal rights.
